Last week, I was looking for an easy recipe to make for the office, especially since it was Vegan Wednesday. What is Vegan Wednesday you ask? Ohh, just the one day I make my co-workers suffer by eating vegan all day. And by co-workers, I mean like 2 people. In return, I’m challenged to do more upper-body workouts. If you’ve seen my arms, you’d know I am the one who is suffering!
